卡帕多西亞飛馬洞穴套房 (Cappadocia Pegasos Cave Suite Hotel)

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and it's already made its way to be one of our favourite stays ever. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and looked stunning. The owners appear to be friendly, and the receptionist (whose name has unfortunately escaped me!) was extremely welcoming and offered us tea, coffee, etc. when we first arrived. He also accommodated us for a late check out and placed us in a different (and newly cleaned) room for the few hours between regular/late check out as our room needed to be made ready for the next customers. A different receptionist offered us drinks as we were sat waiting a couple of hours after checking out due to having a late night flight. One of the keychains on our room key also broke slightly, and the receptionist was very kind in letting us know it was nothing to worry about. He also let us keep our baggage in the reception room while we went out exploring the city after checking out. We requested room service each day, and the room was sparkling clean every time. Everything functioned as it should, and plenty of sockets are available. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we only regret we couldn't finish all the food plates. The view is also lovely from the terrace. One minor thing though is I requested juice with my breakfast instead of coffee/tea on my last day and was offered either freshly made or bottled orange juice, but only later found out that these were actually an extra charge, which we weren't made aware of when asking for it. I think it's something that should be disclosed at the beginning so as not to be surprised with extra costs in the end! I was able to contact the hotel via WhatsApp to arrange us a private transfer from the airport. Took some back and forth as there was some confusion re. the necessary details, but we got there in the end and just paid on arrival. I'd recommend making sure you have plenty of cash on hand as they don't accept card, and two of the ATMs that were close to the hotel (including the one we usually used) weren't actually working properly the first day we were there. The driver kindly dropped us off at a larger bank ATM before driving us to the hotel. The hotel can also book tours, safaris, horse riding, any activities, etc. from their end, but it seems that no receipt is given and the prices aren't concrete. For example, I inquired about the horse riding via WhatsApp before checking in and was initially told that sunset rides were for €40 per person. When we came to make the reservation the next day, we were told it's €45 per person - we also didn't get a confirmation email or receipt of the booking; everything was done by the receptionist. I genuinely didn't mind, but the uncertainty around the prices doesn't give one peace of mind that they're not being ripped off (especially if you're a foreigner). So, it's definitely worth keeping an eye out on the prices and I'd recommend looking up these activities on your own before requesting the hotel make a reservation, as they're often cheaper to do online from your end or just so you're aware of how much you should be paying as the hotel staff themselves don't seem to be too sure - worth noting if you're on a budget. We also found several cheaper hotel/airport transfers later on when we knew where to look for them/inquired with different providers. Nonetheless, a really great stay for us overall. Just little things to bear in mind as with any hotel. Will definitely book again if I find myself in the area.

Buona esperienza al Pegasos Cave Suite. Colazione ricchissima e di qualità (con cibi preparati al momento), anche se l’orario è un po’ scomodo per chi parte presto per i tour. Bellissima terrazza panoramica sulla valle. Camere ampie e suggestive, con qualche piccolo difetto da migliorare. Nel complesso valutazione molto positiva.

Superb experience staying at this hotel. Ahmad and Ataka was welcoming and very helpful in making our vacation smooth and relaxing. Will definitely book the again when we come back!

今まで滯在した中でもトップクラスで良いホテルでした。 部屋も広くて、綺麗で、部屋からの眺めも最高! 朝食も豪華で、毎朝楽しみでした。スタッフの方もとても親切で、いつでも丁寧に対応してくださいました。 看板貓のクロネコも可愛かったです。 ギョレメよりもウチヒサルの方が高地にあるので、景色が全體的に綺麗で個人的にオススメです。(気球スポットまでもそれほど遠くない。) カッパドキアに來たらまた泊まりたい!

gotta truly say, this spot’s a whole vibe! Never felt this good before—owner’s super gentle, and the room’s massive with a style that’s straight-up next level. A truly authentic Mediterranean vibe with a unique twist—definitely worth experiencing! Highly recommend!

午間退房時個人用品忘記留在浴室，並且下午時間還停留在該酒店二層露台，房間保潔阿姨未做提醒退還，比較影響下一段旅行。該酒店的人員服務意識和規範管理還需加強！

Uygulamadan aldığımız odayı değilde başka oda vermeleri , itiraz edilince odayı değiştirmeleri başta hoş olmasa da düzgün bir davranış olarak karşılamadım, bahsedilen ikram falan da olmamış tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel değil artık

Cet établissement très propre et les personnelle très accueillantes  j’ai trouvé cet hôtel parfait, je vous conseille vraiment.
